Package Details

Here are some in-depth descriptions of our package features.

Eight hours of wedding day coverage - We feel that this is the ideal amount of time to cover a wedding day. This amount of coverage should be enough to capture the moments from pre-ceremony preparations and into the wee hours of your reception. If you need more time, that's not a problem either.

Virtually Unlimited Photos: We do not limit the amount of photos that we take. The beauty of digital photography is that memory cards hold more photos than a roll of film and we pass that convenience on to you. Whatever you want photos of, we're all for it. Typically 300-400 quality photos are delivered.

Color and exposure correction: To get that professional touch and sheen, digital negatives MUST be corrected. While other photographers and studios  cut corners, we handle this very important step in-house. Every photo from your wedding day is corrected for color casts and exposure. All of your wedding photos are taken in RAW format (our cameras' highest quality setting) and are edited with 16-bit precision on a professionally calibrated monitor. Quality is maintained throughout the entire process.

Prints:  Prints through Baltimore Digital Studios are finished professionally on Kodak Endura and Fuji Crystal Archive Professional paper with a lustre coating that is resistant to finger smudges. We do not use low quality inkjet or thermal printers to make your prints. Your photos are laser printed on state-of-the-art equipment...the same way film is today.

All prints are also manually cropped when necessary so important parts of your photos are not cut off.

Available print sizes (for the base package):  Mini Wallet (1.75x2.5", set of 8) Large Wallet (2.5x3.5", set of 4), 4x5", 4x6", 5x5", 5x7", 6x9", 8x8", and 8x10". For reprint orders, ask about specific sizes (up to 20x30").

Full resolution digital negatives: Your prints also come with a DVD-R data disc of every digital negative (jpeg files) from your wedding. You'll also receive a license to reprint unlimited photos from your disc. Images are not watermarked.

Private photo gallery: This feature is great for anyone who would like to see what went on at your wedding but wasn't able to attend or who attended your wedding and would like to relive the day. All of your wedding photos are available for viewing online and only those who know your password can see them. Viewers also have the option of ordering individual prints or other photographic products.

Second Photographer/assistant: A second photographer will give you another professional perspective of your wedding that the principal photographer cannot. For example while the principle photographer takes more traditional photographs, the second photographer can get more creative/artistic angles of your wedding day. Or while the first photographer is at the altar taking processional photographs the second can be "behind the scenes" photographing candids of the bride and her father. We highly recommend one for weddings with 150 or more guests.

Coffee Table Album: Our coffee table albums are a modern way to display your wedding photos. It's a photo book with you, your fiancé and guests as the stars! They are a very popular item and are made of high quality materials that are tested for fade resistance for up to 75 years in normal room light viewing conditions. If kept on the shelf or in a dark place they can last for over 100 years!
